- Listings/Advertisements
- Users must have rights to list properties, follow laws, and provide accurate info.
- If under RERDA, users need approvals and must comply with laws.
- Users share truthful property details, Nowhousz may remove listings violating rules.
- Users agree to post accurate info under the property owner’s name.
- Users allow Nowhousz to display Nowhousz listings.
- After approved, the listings will be made.
- Tenant Verification
- By using Nowhousz, the user explicitly permits the sharing of details for verification purposes with the Verification Partner (a third party engaged for tenant verification services).
- The user is responsible for verifying the quality of Tenant Verification services provided by the Verification Partner. Nowhousz is not liable for any services provided by the Verification Partner.
- Users must obtain the Lessee’s express consent before sharing personal documents and information with the Verification Partner.
- Video Community Guidelines
- Users must adhere to community guidelines when submitting video content for listings/advertisements.
- Video content should be original, free from copyright issues, and not contain personally identifiable information.
- Videos should not be obscene or inappropriate, and language should not be detrimental to any community/segment.
- Videos undergo screening (human and technology-driven), and violations result in removal from the platform
- Video Content Screening
- Videos undergo screening before going live on the platform and may be removed in case of community guideline violations.
- Screening may also occur in response to user reports or infringement claims by agents/users.
- Final discretion on video screening and removal lies with the platform.
- Use of Information
- User agrees to treat all information obtained from Nowhousz as proprietary.
- Nowhousz does not ensure the accuracy of, endorse, or recommend any content, and users use it at Nowhousz own risk.
- Listings are for personal and internal use only, and users shall not use them for further distribution, publication, or public display.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All logos, brands, trademarks, and service marks on Nowhousz are the properties of REAL ESTATE and/or its associates.
- Access to Nowhousz does not grant users a license or right to use these marks.
- Restrictions/Prohibitions
- Actions constituting misuse of Nowhousz are strictly prohibited, including unauthorized use, copying, and exploitation of content.
- Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that impair the platform’s functioning, violate laws, or compete with real estate business.
- Various actions such as unauthorized access, interference with security measures, and spamming are expressly prohibited.
- Links to Third-Party Websites: Nowhousz may provide links to third-party websites, and REAL ESTATE makes no representations about the content on these external sites.
- Violation: Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
- General
- Users must not copy, distribute, or modify information on Nowhousz for commercial gain.
- Removing copyright notices or linking to Nowhousz without express written consent is prohibited.
- Compliance: Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Disclaimer and Warranties for Nowhousz
Nowhousz is like a middleman in the online world, connecting people with real estate. However, what you see on Nowhousz is provided “as is,” without any promises or guarantees.
Nowhousz and the folks providing stuff for the website want you to know they’re not making any big promises. They’re not saying the information is perfect, and they’re not responsible for any errors or issues.

- Limitation of Liability

- Terms and Conditions for Dealers/Builders/Banks/Payment Gateways
- Follow data protection laws, protect shared personal data, and help if there’s a data security breach. You’re responsible for complying with individual requests regarding personal data.
- Nowhousz doesn’t want you to disclose or transfer shared personal data without proper safeguards.
- Arbitration: If there’s a dispute, an independent arbitrator will decide, and the place of arbitration is Delhi, governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Severability of Provisions
If one part of the agreement is invalid, it won’t affect the other parts.
- Governing Law: Indian laws apply to Nowhousz and these terms and conditions.
- Jurisdiction
- Nowhousz doesn’t routinely check posts but might if there’s a problem. Nowhousz will cooperate with law enforcement if there’s illegal activity.
- Nowhousz reserves all other rights.
